"Propeller Art Gallery proudly presented, MUCH TOO MUCH, the highly anticipated solo show by internationally-awarded creative mind and Canadian conceptual artist, Stefan Wegner. The entire Propeller gallery space was filled with thought-provoking work that boldly examined challenging emotional themes, broadly accepted values, and the language of consumer culture. Unique associations between writing and object design were presented for the express purpose of provoking inner contemplation and spirited conversation. Through heavily researched themes, often delivered with a wry sense of humour, we witnessed many viewers spending considerable time reevaluating their own biases and preconceptions. The show was refreshingly unique in the current Canadian art landscape, highlighting the clever work of one of the most analytical and intriguing voices in Canadian art today."
